Woodbridge Township School District Referendum Election
Tues., March 28, 2017
 
THE WOODBRIDGE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF EDUCATION SPECIAL REFERENDUM ELECTION IS SCHEDULED FOR TUES., MARCH 28, 2017.
 
POLLS OPEN FROM 2:00 TO 8:00 PM AT ALL TOWNSHIP POLLING LOCATIONS – VOTERS CAN VOTE AT THEIR REGULAR POLL LOCATION. 
 
A YES Vote for the Referendum will establish district-wide, full-day Kindergarten that will prepare our Kindergarten-age students as they prepare to enter First Grade. 
 
Approval of the Referendum would:

  • Strengthen School Security
  • Upgrade Network Technology with new computers, laptop and notebook devices for students in all grades
  • Provide additional district-wide classrooms for art, music, SGI instructional space and science labs
  • Build a new Ross Street School #11 (the oldest elementary school in the district built in 1920)
  • Renovate Woodbridge Middle School (the oldest school in the district built in 1910) by replacing old out-of-date structures with a new two-story addition
