Thanksgiving Greetings from Woodbridge!

The WHS Interact Club

The WHS Interact Club presented “We Feed Woodbridge” with 34 Thanksgiving “Turkey & Food Baskets” for distribution to Woodbridge families unable to provide for a Thanksgiving dinner.  The WHS Interact Club collected non-perishable food items from many WHS classes and departments, clubs, sports teams and individual teachers and students to put together the fully stocked food baskets. The Thanksgiving Food Baskets were presented to “We Feed Woodbridge” which stocks the 11 Woodbridge Township food pantries.

Happy Thanksgiving!!!  It’s our hope that everyone is “Home-For-The-Holiday” to share the bounty of the season with family and friends.  Residents without the where-with-all to have a Thanksgiving dinner are invited to attend the Annual Thanksgiving Day Friendship Luncheon graciously served by Township Volunteers, Friends and Neighbors.  The Thanksgiving Day Friendship Luncheon is served on Thanksgiving Day - Thurs., Nov. 24, 2016 from 1:00 – 3:00 PM at St. Andrews Church, Parish Hall, N. Madison Avenue, Avenel.  There is NO CHARGE for the luncheon – however, the Luncheon Volunteers would appreciate registration.  Call 732-241-8436 today to reserve your seat at the table.
