Kevin P. McKernan has been practicing law for more than 20 years. Kevin is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. He then graduated from Fordham Law School, receiving a Juris Doctorate Degree. Mr. McKernan started his legal career as a Legislative Attorney for the New York City Council and Law Secretary to various NYS Supreme Court Justices. He was then appointed to the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office as Bureau Chief of Investigation and Chief of the Organized Crime Tash Force by Hon. William L. Murphy. His practice is now concentrated on Estate Planning, Real Estate and Business Law in New Jersey and New York with offices in both states.
