The Woodbridge Public Library presents “Woodbridge Treasures: Victorian Life in the Township,” a new virtual exhibit featuring materials from the Woodbridge Public Library Local History Archives which document life in Woodbridge Township during the Victorian and Edwardian eras (1830s - 1910s).
Explore the everyday lives of Victorian Woodbridgeans through documents and items that illustrate our thriving Township from the mid 1800s to the early 1900s. During this time, Woodbridge residents benefitted from new technology such as gas lighting and a trolley, entertained and spent time together with their families and friends, and got their first library!
