Nobody wants to face their own death or the death of a loved one. Conversations about end-of-life issues are often emotionally charged and can be quite complex. However, these conversations are the only way to explore and share preferences and wishes. Getting this needed information and planning ahead is not easy, but frequently helps with difficult decisions later on. Join us May 20 at 2PM at the Woodbridge Main Library for a presentation that covers strategies for initiating and maintaining meaningful conversations, and will introduce tools that you can use for yourself or a family member you may be supporting to help you have the life you want for your whole life.
