                                  8:30am to 4:30pm   Monday - Friday
 
Our Mission is to Empower older adults of Woodbridge Township by providing social, recreational, educational, and physical programs and activities that stimulate healthy living, create a sense of purpose and enhance their quality of life.

Goals:

 
  • Create recreational programs which will entertain and provide opportunities for socialization, cultivating friendships, and develop a sense of belonging.
  • Develop and create educational programs that stimulate an interest in new areas.
  • Develop and create activities and programs which facilitate self-expression, achievement, and recognition.
  • Provide opportunities for meaningful volunteer work and community service.
  • Develop a variety of programs for a diverse group of older adults including those with special needs.
  • Promote physical and emotional well being.
  • Create inter-generational programs that will give older adults the opportunity to make a positive difference in the future generation as well as change the status quo view of older adults (as helpless and dependent).
  • Serve as the bridge for other services for those ages 60+.
  • Provide facts about aging to older adults in the community.
Serve as an information and referral center.
Evergreen Senior Center is committed to serving the residents of Woodbridge Township who are 60 years and older.

Membership Requirements:
  • Resident of any of the 10 towns in Woodbridge Township (proof of address required). 
  • 60 years or older.
  • Complete membership registration form and sign code of conduct acknowledgement form.
