Division of Purchasing

Duties


The Purchasing Office is responsible for the procurement of goods and services for Woodbridge Township, in compliance with the Local Public Contracts Law, NJSA 40A:11-1 et. seq. This centralized office receives bids and quotes when mandated, and oversees the process and award of all purchase orders and contracts. The Purchasing Agent also serves as the Public Compliance Officer and Affirmative Action Officer for the Township of Woodbridge. The Purchasing Department oversees that all procurements are conducted in a legal and ethical fashion.
